CMH Airport..
it was on ofe those sunny, bright afternoons i took lakefront bus fr Oasis, Athens to reach CMH airport in Columbus..it was jus 1 day after i landed in States...by the tme i reached CMH it was @ 3 in the aftrenoon...n my flight was scheduled @ 4.30 in the eve...i was movng fr East 2 Central...i reached ma terminal well in advance..an hour before after i went thru all the security...unfortunately ma flight 2 Houston was delayed by another 30 mins...i just sat down in one of those empty chairs...i left ma carry on n went 2 pee...on the way back i thought of buyng some junk food n i was lookng at all eatries 2 buy some thng...but unfortunately i didn't get anythng gud 2 eat but some popcorn..i grabbed it n was reachng ma terminal, thr comes dis ung beautiful lady wid all make up n her aroma, of her perfume, stretching a mile...hehe...she comes up to me n conversation goes on...
"Does the Red Baggage out there belong to you... Yes Ofcourse...Well..the co-passengers are a little apprehensive about the fact that you left your baggage without a notice...well, actually i went out to pee...wat ever Mr...we advise you to take your baggage whereever you go..Don't leave your baggage unattended...there might be some security concerns...iam sorry about it.."
for the next 1.30 mins i constantly here to the announcements made by the airlines authorities..."Attention every one...Please donot leave your baggage unattended.."
i was wondering how easily people get paranoid in this country...though the country is well developed the people out here are very paranoid...they are very worried about teh security...more so after 9-11 attacks...i immediately compared US with India...and how easy gong ppl r...v do leave our baggae n go out 2 buy magazines...sometmes if luck z bad our baggage will b found missin..datz different...but v r more secure...
i sit @ Alden Library writing dis whn i am left wid a week 2 go 2 Florida...n i need 2 go CMH agan...wondering wat would happn dis tme..!!!
